Responsible for servicing guest rooms and maintaining public areas to the Agora standard of cleanliness and presentation.

·  Clean and service guest rooms, including making beds, cleaning bathrooms, and vacuuming

·  Maintain public areas including corridors, lobbies, and stairways

·  Restock room amenities, towels, and linens

·  Report maintenance issues and deficiencies to the Supervisor

·  Follow all health and safety and COSHH procedures

·  Handle guest requests politely and promptly

·  Some prior cleaning or housekeeping experience (hotel preferred)

·  Physical ability to carry out the role

·  Basic English

·  Hotel housekeeping experience

·  Greek language

·  English: Essential for all roles

·  Greek: An advantage — particularly for roles involving local supplier, authority, or community contact

·  Additional European languages (French, German, Italian): A plus for all guest-facing roles
