·  Learn the drinks menu and bar procedures actively

·  Good spoken English

·  Reliable and punctual

·  Positive and engaged attitude

·  Fluent English

·  Any bar or hospitality experience

·  Greek language

·  English: Essential for all roles

·  Greek: An advantage — particularly for roles involving local supplier, authority, or community contact
